Further support for Kent Children and Young people mental health service:

Parents and young people can self-refer by phoning the SPA on 0800 011 3474 or via the online form which can be found on the NELFT website.

Self-referrals made by young people or families are accepted, as well as those made on their behalf by a professional.

Notes: If parents are looking to refer regarding obtaining a diagnostic assessment for ADHD or Autism (or both) it may be advisable for them to complete the form themselves to ensure there is adequate detailed information on family and education history for the team to triage the referral against indicative diagnostic criteria.
